Adult Therapy

Sometimes life can be really hard, emotional and we all, at some point of our journey, may have difficulties trying to find that special part of ourselves, dealing with different problems and needs in personal life, at work, with family, friends, and/or relationships.


Don’t be afraid to look for help if you are facing:

  • Depression, fear, or sadness.

  • Anxiety, stress.

  • Grief and loss.

  • Substance abuse.

  • Eating disorder.

  • Difficulties with problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Life or career transitions (cultural adaptation, difficulty adjusting to changes in your life circumstances).

  • Difficulties in relationships (friendship and family conflicts).

  • Self-esteem & Body Image.

  • Trauma, Violence, Abuse or Toxic relationships​.


Therapy sessions usually last for 50 minutes and typically take place once a week. The first step is to identify and explore those your needs and difficulties. This process usually lasts two to three sessions, after which, we will prioritize those problems to be focused on in therapy and through counseling, support, or coaching to develop tools to have a life full of Confidence, security, and self-esteem.

I propose to hold a first meeting in which to assess and find the most suitable working method for you, based on trust, confidentiality and respect.
