Online therapy is a real, effective, safe, and confidential space where you can feel heard, and are able to explore concerns or life issues and develop new ways of seeing, being, or behaving that have real positive impacts on your life.

 

It is ideal for people who have difficulties in going to a therapist's office, for people who live abroad, for people who do not know a professional in their region, for those who do not feel comfortable going to the clinic, among others.

The sessions can be done with:

 

  • Adults

  • Families

  • Adolescents

  • Child ( from 12 years old with the agreement of the parents or legal responsable).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

In Online Therapy, the sessions happen in real-time with complete security and privacy through communications platforms such as skype. Normally, the frequency of sessions is always agreed upon between the therapist and the client. However, being a gradual process that promotes continuous reflection on the person, the weekly sessions is the most appropriate with about 50 minutes of duration.
